A Nature-filled Senior Session with Kaylen Fulwood | Memphis Senior Photographer
Wild Beauty.
I think it's the most interesting kind of beauty. Untamed, unforced, simple, and natural.
I found this type of beauty in two places this day: in this gorgeous field of wildflowers right off the side of the road, and in Kaylen.
She is a gorgeous girl, but in the most natural sense. She lets her freckles show. She shows of her real, genuine laugh and smile, and her sweet personality shines
through it. And its captivating.
The field of wildflowers was the same kind of wild beauty: the patches of flowers were randomly placed across the field like the freckles on Kaylen's face, and the pops of
color from the flowers were like her smile.
Although we were just right off the road, it looked as if we had found a secret meadow of untouched magic.
Kaylen is a senior at Lewisburg High school, and she plans to attend The University of Memphis this fall when she graduates.
"High school has made me truly cherish every moment and not take anything for granted. Because soon it will all be over and I will be in a whole other chapter of life. I've especially learned to cherish every moment I have with my family, because they are the ones who made me who I am now. My favorite memory from high school is honestly just being a kid. I know that right now my life is about as stress free as its going to be for the rest of my life, and I'm trying to soak it all in while I can. Thats what I love about high school and what makes me nervous for college.
The locations we chose fit me as a person because I appreciate things with natural beauty and things that represent happiness. The flowers especially. I love how we could find this field of beautiful flowers off the side of the interstate. It shows how easily you can find beauty in the world if you just look around and don't take it for granted."
